What does customer care look like for Motorola and how do we start the conversation within Motorola and develop that brand? That’s what the Motorola Customer Service group wanted to know. So we produced an idea, a visualization, and presentation comp. We combined the ever-popular “moto” phrase with caring and support. But we needed a persona. Who cares? And who is wise and able? A guru, a Moto Guru.
